The hotel was very clean and right in the center of Ravenna. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great breakfast and staff were extremely helpful. My only issue was there was no air conditioning - I was told it was turned off for the season the night before we arrived. It wasn’t that hot so it was Ok.

The room was incredibly clean and the front desk gave us plenty of suggestions on places to eat near the hotel. The AC worked and the room was very large and spacious. They also had a very clean lobby and the room was well kept and clean. The hotel was in a great location by all the shopping.

No frills. Great location. Walked from train station (note: cobblestones and pavers make tough going with large or heavy bags). Room was dated but clean. Updated bathroom. Small shower. Nice amenities. Staff super nice. Very helpful. Didn't eat breakfast, although included. Very close to monuments and surrounded by variety dining options.

Second visit to this hotel. Great friendly staff especially the manager and Miguel who is so helpful and professional and checked us in late in the evening and was back at his desk at 8am next morning. Delicious buffet breakfast and good selection of restaurants nearby and the local market. Great location

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the furniture made the room feel like a cheap motel. The bench (not couch) was made of the same Formica as the desk/dresser table top. The bedside tables looked like something from IKEA. This felt like a two or three-star hotel at best.
