“We stayed one night before going on our cruise, within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast was very good and the courtyard was a nice place to relax. Staff was very helpful.”

We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“What a beautiful room that is close to all the important sites. We enter the floor where our room is located and there is a huge common room, filled with books about Ravenna to enjoy. There is a very comfortable king size bed with nice pillows. A beautiful Murano glass chandelier, wood beam ceiling with frescos and the shower and toilet have their own room.”
