「Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me.」

「One night stay prior to cruise from Ravenna. Stand out are the staff who can’t do enough to help. Hotel is clean and rooms are of a good size.」

「The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

「The staff was and helpful. They have breakfast. The hotel has a lot of activities for the kids very cute. The rooms are very roomy and it’s being renovated. They have balcony rooms. Not far from the port.」

「Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The pics of the hotel on line do not reflect the dilapidated condition of the hotel!! The material couch at the entrance is full of dust and has bugs. The rest of the lobby is dark and dusty. The bathroom in the room we were assigned was infested with black mould on the floor and ceilings. We stayed there on October 29, 2026 for one night and have written to Expedia re health/safety concerns of this hotel as the hotel needs an inspection...

「Couldn't get into the place and got no response from the owner. Had to go and stay in another hotel for the night. Lost my money, but if the other reviews about it being dirty and mouldy are correct then perhaps that wasn't such a bad thing.」
