「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Posto comodissimo per chi arriva in auto o autobus, con ampio parcheggio riservato (ma aperto). A 3 km dal centro a piedi, noi ci siamo andati e tornati a piedi dal centro, ma c'è una fermata dell'autobus vicino. Camera ottima, solo un pò caldo i primi giorni di aprile perché il sole che picchia sulle ampie vetrate scalda, ma basta aprire la finestra. Ottimo ristorante anche per cena ed ottimo personale.」

They don’t speak English so great but their daughter does speak some English as does the person that helped us make the payment. I just use Google translate to help communicate with the counter and it was a fantastic experience. They were so thrilled to have us there. They seem so very excited to have us as an American...
