「The front desk lady or I think she’s the owner was very nice. But, wouldn’t stay here ever again. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid my body on. It also feel like a ghost town, it has mirrors on the hallways which makes it like you’re being watched. We’re the only people that’s staying in the whole hotel, that should tell you something. Wouldn’t recommend it. I woke up the next day with a very bad back pain. 」

「Room was very basic but clean. Great pool and out door area. Breakfast and coffee station was perfectly stocked! Many restaurants and beach access with in a few minutes walk. For the price this is an amazing stay!」

「I would definitely stay here again. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel. If you are taking a cruise out of Porto Corsini, and if you don’t have private transport, the next best option is the bus. This place has an incredible breakfast that is included with your stay. If you are looking for a a place to stay while enjoying the area, this is a great option. Pool is fantastic too.」

「A relaxing weekend after 2 weeks of travel in Italy, our second stay. We so enjoy the beach walkout rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.」

「The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
