The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but is in a house that is on the waterfront, and the unit has partial water views. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a main space which features a living room with pull out queen sofa bed, a cute dining nook with water views, a coffee table with a pull out desk to work on a laptop, and a kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, you can turn on the AC if needed.
