2 Bed/1.5 Bath with Fireplace, Parking and Prime Location!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with open kitchen/living area, central A/C, fireplace, private outdoor space and private entrance nestled on Arch St. between Commercial & Bradford St. less than a block from Commercial Street and the beach! The unit also comes with 1 parking spot for the guest right on the premises! The condo has been recently renovated - new kitchen, paint & furniture! Rentals in July and August are in increments of 7 nights only and go from Saturday to Saturday. Please message me first to check if dates are available before sending a reservation request. I use another platform for renting and the calendars are not always updated. Disclosure: There is one security camera (Ring Doorbell) located at the front entrance door to the condo. The purpose of this is to protect the property from burglary, unlawful entry, packages being stolen, etc. By accepting this reservation, you and all of your guests agree to be recorded both audio and visually in and around this location.

Please do not remove slip covers from the love seats. There will be a $50 fine per incident. Noise complaints will be a $150 fee per incident.
No smoking in the condo, within 20 feet of the property or on the patio. This will result in a $200 fine. More than 4 in unit will be $100 per person.
Late check outs will be a $100 fee. Checkouts later than 30 minutes will be responsible to pay the entire cost of the next guest's reservation.

A fantastic place to stay! Park the car and forget it. You can walk to all of the Commercial St (and PTown) dining and shopping experiences. This condo has everything you would need for a fun vaca stay. Well equipped and very comfy. A perfect space for four adults. Simple check in and clear timely information put forward by the host. We’ll most certainly book again!

Wonderful stay for our first visit to Provincetown! Everything about the condo was as it was described. The host, John, was an absolute angel from the first time we communicated over my booking mistake! My daughter and I were so impressed by the location in town, with its corner market and the quieter end of the Main Street. This place is a must stay for any of your future plans there!

Superb!

Book this place! It was a perfect stay for us both. The place is spotless, well designed and proportioned. A storm came in whilst we there and the excellent facilities helped us relax when we couldn’t go out. Beds=very comfortable. I’m only sorry 5 stars is the limit. Seriously, book it! Excellent just.

Beautiful place in a great location

This was one of the best spaces I have stayed in in ptown. Very cute and clean property, all amenities were great, and the location was a major drawing point. Very centrally located in town, but on a quiet street, so you don't get the late night noise. Plus the couches were amazingly comfortable and the rainfall shower was everything. A really great way to celebrate a week with friends.

Adorable Place Perfect Location

We spent three nights at this adorable cottage in a quiet location, just steps from all the action. We would not hesitate to stay here again! The only very small issue was tiny little ants on the windowsill and counters near the sink. This is not a complaint as the cottage was impeccably clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Winter Vacation

The location of this condo is excellent. It is located on a quiet street just steps away from Commercial Street. John was very easy to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions. The condo is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need on vacation. The pictures on line are very accurate. We especially liked the kitchen island and the cozy fireplace!

Great Condo

We loved the condo! It is so close to all of the fantastic offerings of Commercial St. but is on a very quiet street so we had none of the noise. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything we needed. John is an excellent host and very accessible for any questions.
