My husband and I stayed here for New Years and my Birthday. It was wonderful. Our room was very quaint, clean, had a cozy fireplace, mini fridge - all the amenities. The Inn owners are extremely friendly, constantly asking if they can do anything for you and know the area very well so always ready to offer a suggestion for a good restaurant or place to get the best fudge, etc. There were always snacks and drinks in the main room. We loved coming back after dinner and the main room's fireplace was lit and people were hanging out chatting or playing board games. There is an indoor hot tub which we relaxed in as well as a sauna. (There is an outdoor pool also but we went in January.) One of the owners is a chef so breakfast every morning was home made and delicious The inn is walking distance to just about everything in town - great location. I highly recommend that you give 8 Dyer a try. We will be going back.

The VERY BEST - 8 Dyer Hotel.

I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL an experience we had staying at 8 Dyer Hotel. The accommodations are immaculate, warm, and inviting. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL - so kind, accommodating, and so attentive. The homemade breakfast each morning is such a treat and it's absolutely delicious. The location is fabulous - steps from the main strip of shops, restaurants, and the beach! This was our first time in P-Town and I can't imagine our experience would be as wonderful as it was had it not been for staying at 8 Dyer Hotel.

This place is immaculate. Owners are terrific hosts. Its clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to all of Commercial St. This is my"go to" inn in Provincetown.

Perfect for P.Town

Only 5 mins walk into town - 10 mins from the quay but located on a quiet street. Steve & Brandon and staff make for perfect hosts. The pool and hot tub are a lovely extra as are the complementary bikes to explore a bit further afield. Brandon’s complimentary breakfasts/brunch served at yolqueria at the bottom of the street are superb and set you up for the day! Would recommend 8 Dyer to anyone.

The hotel was fantastic and the owners were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The amenities were exceptional, from the hot tub to the complimentary use of bikes. The location was quiet, but in less than a 5 minute walk from the center of town. 8 Dyer helped make our stay in Provincetown wonderful.

Steve is an incredible host, his partner makes the most amazing breakfasts and the space itself is an oasis. They are incredibly thoughtful and detailed. We had a beautiful penthouse room with a private jacuzzi bath upstairs, a fireplace before our bed, and all the amenities to prepare for a day/night out or simply to stay in. Thanks for a most rejuvenating experience!

Exceeded our expectations!

I can't recommend Eight Dyer Hotel enough! Brandon, Steve and their team went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for my partner's 50th birthday weekend get-away! They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Eight Dyer is clean, ideally located, and has a beautiful modern flare. We loved the fireplace in our room as well as the common room, where we enjoyed a gourmet breakfast every morning and a night cap, all part of the Eight Dyer experience. If you reserve a room with them, be sure to get one with a big jacuzzi tub. We will most definitely stay at this gem again!

Excellent place to stay

I was fortunate enough to find this gem in P-town while I was there for work. The 8 Dyer Hotel is very stylish and welcoming. Brandon cooks an amazing breakfast with a lot of options to choose from and he was very helpful letting me know where to go around town and how to get back to Boston on time for my flight. He even woke up super early to make me breakfast so I would have food before I left, which I thought was amazing. There's always snacks and coffee available at the front and I felt right at home since I walked in. I got one of the upstairs bedrooms (Penthouse 2) with a fireplace, whirlpool bathtub and a King size bed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is small, but there's plenty of space for everything you need. They have great amenities and a great living room area to hang out. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone that is coming into P-town. I wish I would have been here during the summer to enjoy the pool and bikes they have.
