Elliot was an amazing host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the minute we got there. Our breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect to commercial Street, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Eliot, who manages the property, was incredibly nice and hospitable — made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The perfect Inn on the West Side. The property recently changed hands and the new owners are wonderful. There are a lot of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun and breeze making your space even larger. Breakfast was delicious (homemade yogurt and granola, yum!). This will be the only place I would stay twice and more.

This Inn, located in the heart of Provincetown, is a wonderful place to spend a vacation at. My husband and I spent a long weekend here and won't hesitate to return. We were warmly greeted by the owner, Elliot, and shown our room. The accommodations are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room we booked is a very nice size and we did not feel closed in at all. There are several common areas to choose from. We did not have the opportunity to eat the provided breakfast but heard from other guests that it was delicious. A really nice amenity is the onsite parking available at a nominal daily fee. It was so convenient to have the car steps from our room. Thank you Elliot for a great stay and your hospitality!

Charming, very convenient from the ferry (about a 15 minute walk) right off Commercial St. Checkin was smooth and easy, the room fantastically charming. Quiet, peaceful and exceedingly comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.
