Really nice hotel and a very good location, although a longer walk to Provencetown than I would have liked. Breakfast was very good and we did have a great view of the beach. The amenities were less than I expected, which may be because it was past summer. There is s real good restaurant righ next door that I recommend.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was available at the hotel, which was convenient. The hotel also has easy access to the beach, and the pier with tours is located close by. There are plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants at the pier, making it a great area to explore. There is also a restaurant right next door to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, the location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the beach, tours, shopping, and dining.

Nice room overlooking the private beach. Theoretically dogs not allowed on the beach at all hours, but there were many dogs and ours had great fun running in and out of the water. Excellent breakfast. We had a nice leisurely 3 days and the town is totally dog friendly so we were able to dine outside and have our dog with us. Will return again.
