We had an excellent winter stay here! Cozy and comfortable apartment, stocked with everything we needed, with a view that can't be beat. The covered parking was a big bonus, too.

Terrific location and very responsive and helpful owner. The pictures are very accurate and give a great sense of the property. It's close to the action, but tucked away enough that the property itself is very quiet. It's also great to be able to just walk down and take a quick dip in the bay whenever you want. We enjoyed our stay here and would rent again.

This was the second year we rented this space. Such a great living space a d views. Love eating on the large balcony. Great shower and fast hot water! Love the Swedish appliances!

Our third year here.

We stay at this location because of its comfort and convenience to Provincetown's business district, restaurants, et cetera.Michael is a wonderful host. This year, an added special touch was the marvelous view we had from the living room of the full strawberry moon rising over the bay. It was a brilliant red!

Charming and convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nicely decorated and comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. Lovely view of the water and very convenient to Commercial Street where all the action happens.

Great view and quiet

This unit was so clean! Not the most modern but spotless and full of charm. The view of the sunrise was awesome from the front windows. Parking was simple and the walk to the center of town is only about half a mile - it’s one block from the Boat Slip. The kitchen is functional. The coffee maker is superb. The bed was also clean and cozy, which is not something I’ve come to expect from a vrbo. That was a wonderful surprise. I’d recommend this condo to anyone! Looking forward to another stay.

Get away

We had a quick get away at the start of Women’s week. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. The only thing I would recommend is the condo association add a light on the stairs. My wife fell because she missed the last step because it was too dark. It happened as we were getting ready to leave. Painful ride home.

Sehr gute Lage und schön ruhig.

Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser. Trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, aber wenig Ablageflächen im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten aber auch Gepäck für 3 Wochen dabei. Teilweise ist die Ausstattung schon etwas älter.

Cozy with a view

This was a lovely little spot to hang out for a week in. The location was perfect. Not too close but not too far from the action of Commercial St. And when one couldn’t be out and about it was nice to be in with the views of the bay.

Great location, spectacular view

We had a very relaxing stay overlooking Provincetown harbor from a very comfortable balcony. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to keep the windows open and get a nice cross breeze in the bedroom and living area. On the few days we need AC, both units worked well.

Our Second Stay at this Property

We stayed at this property for our anniversary in June 2023 and again this year since we'd liked it so much. It is very comfortable, quiet, and has a very nice view of the bay. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful: easy to work with. The onsite parking is also a plus!

Fantastic condo with stunning views of P'town harbor

We just loved this place. We like to cycle to beaches and the other great places in Ptown/Turo (in fact, even though this unit has a parking spot, we never moved our car for the complete week!) and this condo was perfect for that. Love all the windows in the condo as it makes for a lovely morning watching the tide come in/out while drinking a coffee.

Gorgeous views. Quiet. Great location. No common deck along beach as advertised. Ant problem, unfortunately. Can’t ask for better spot along Commercial St.
