I absolutely loved the fact that the staff was super friendly and helpful except for on my last day there was a new housekeeper. She knocked on my door at 8 30 am to inform me that check out was at 11. Please I knew that. But other than that I was happy

Bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet, when we walked in. Trash and specs of cement or dry wall on the floor by the left side of bed and underneath the air conditioner.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was, without a doubt, the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. If every room was not sold out in Pryor, we would have left and gone elsewhere. It's so bad that we debated sleeping in the truck instead of the room. There is black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the tile is disgusting and cracked, and the toilet runs. The sheets, duvet cover, comforter, and mattress cover were all stained in the same places, which means that they were not changed from the last guest before we were given the room. We had to have them all changed. The carpet was not vacuumed under the furniture. The AC was broken and we had maintenance come to fix it. She just jiggled the power cord underneath the unit. Turns out that this issue was ongoing for a while but never fixed. She said it happens all the time. If it happens all the time, why not just fix it? The best part of this fiasco was our toilet. It was constantly running when we checked in and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. We told the manager about the issue the morning after we checked in and he said he would fix it. They managed to stop the toilet from running, but they caused a leak. We told the same manager about the leak the next day and his solution was to turn the water off to the to the toilet! We had no toilet for 3 entire days! They adlertise a swimming pool and a gym but both were out of order. One of the employees told us the pool had been broken for 5 years!

My first room was so bad (smell of funk, urine and mold) I asked to have my room switched. I have never had a hotel room smell so bad. Then they gave me a “suite” because there were no other rooms available. That room was “ok” but it didn’t feel clean. I never took my shoes off because of the floor. There where somewhat shady guests. It felt like a low-budget hotel. The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke

Our check in was good. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. But the hotel iitself was smelly and in various stages of disrepair. It was hard to sleep because of loud bangi g noises throughout the night. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Corners were dirty. The place needs a major renovation

Stayed here because of a wrestling event! Great experience, desk clerk was amazing! Very nice place! Pool was not on but that was ok! She recommended places for us, chatted about our event and she made sure we had what we needed. Love this place

Room for improvement
Two things stood out to me during our stay, first was the lack of attention to detail when they cleaned the room before we arrived. First was the Dr Pepper behind the trash can. We also noticed the next morning that the shampoo had not been replenished but there was conditioner. The second was the general overall repair of the facilities. In our room the closet door would not stay closed, the TP dispenser was broken and the caulking in the bathroom around the corners looked sad. The staff was apologetic and were very pleasant but it seemed like they were limited on what they were able to do in regards to repairs. There is room for improvement.

Worst thing - very bad odor coming from sink when the water was turned on. Also black mold on bathroom ceiling, comforter needed washing, all carpets old, need replacing. This property desperately needs an whole building upgrade and a better manager. The breakfast was the best thing - scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy. The front desk attendant had to double cooking breakfast - she was really trying.

Never Book This Property
Booked this stay with our kids and grandkids specifically because they advertised an indoor pool. When we checked in around 7:30pm the pool was not working. When we got to our room the a/c was not working. And when we asked where we could find ice we were told the ice machines were not working. We told the lady at the front desk that we wouldn't be staying and wanted our money back. She said we would not be charged. Turns out I was charged because I booked through Hotels.com. Have called the property several times to get a refund and each time I've been told that the only person that can do that is VJ and as it turns out VJ is never available. Would never stay at this property again. Also, Hotels.com has been no help in this matter.

Breakfast was Great! The carpeting needs replaced it’s pretty stained everywhere and it was disappointing the pool and hot tub were closed and that was one reason we stayed there the first picture on the ad was a picture of pool and hot tub. It should be a requirement to put on the ad it’s closed

This hotel is awful
This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The floor we were on smelled of stale smoke and pot. We never had any room service the four nights we stayed for Born & Raised music festival. We had to either catch the ladies ‘cleaning’ other rooms or go to the front desk for towels/wash rags. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition. The breakfast was mediocre. Do not stay here!!

Electrical problem in dining area which resulted in poor quality of breakfast items. After we returned from breakfast, our key would not work and we had to return to lobby to have key reprogrammed. The TV remote did not work and the person at desk could not hear us when we tried to call the lobby. There is no bar in bathtub which makes it very unsafe to step in and out of tub for shower. The tub is narrow so it made it difficult to have room to shower. Room was clean and there was a sufficient number of towels.

Disgusting hotel
The hotel was disgusting. There was mold everywhere and the room was filthy. Had to have the beds changed bc they were not clean and then we had roaches. The pool was closed which is why we picked the hotel and the water in it was green along with hanging cords from the ceiling. The breakfast was a joke and the beds were uncomfortable.

Good value for the price.
Staff very friendly & courteous. Bed was average. Towels were clean, but some were stained. Room had microwave, fridge, hair dryer & coffee maker- good amenities. Room temp was fine, but AC may need Freon. We were traveling & this hotel was fine for 1 night.

The check in was quick and efficient. They were able to accommodate two rooms next to each other for a family. Pool is still closed for covid for some reason, breakfast was not exciting, there was a hole in the wall, the dvr was thrown on top of the television on the wall, and the room had an odor.

Night from Hell
I have stayed here many times but last night was the last time they changed my room three times because the TV wouldn’t work and none of the rooms have been vacuumed -also the hallways & stairway. Elevator floor is nasty. The desk person tried to enter my room not knowing that I was in the room and at 3:30 AM the sheriff knocked on my door because they thought I wasn’t supposed to be in that room. This place needs a good manager that will stay on top of the housekeeping. It could really be a nice hotel with a little work and management
