It was very clean, well maintained, room was very comfortable. Had a nice breakfast.
The owner, Mr. Muller, was quite friendly and helpful. Very responsive to requests/questions.”
“It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. ”

“The manager, Rodrigo, was extremely helpful in helping us check in to the hostal. It was very accomodating to be able to store our bags for the day after we checked out, and he contacted us to retrieve two items that we forgot in the room.”
“The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room.
She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host.
The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient.
