「The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). 「I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 「Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great」

「Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above 」
