「The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early.
The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling.
The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

「This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.」

「Boa para casal. Café da manhã generoso e variado entregue todos os dias no aposento. Aquecimento a lenha controlado pelos hospedes. A crítica fica só pelo sinal de internet pois não está disponível no aposento e só pega próximo a recepção.」
