The staff is always very helpful and courteous. The hotel is so comfortable and quiet. The location is very convenient and close to shopping, dining and visiting the many churches in the area. The staff has some great recommendations for dining and all are very accommodating for persons who have food restrictions. Their shuttle service is excellent. Thank you for a couple of wonderful days that my husband and I spent in Puebla to celebrate my birthday. This was our third stay and we will most definitely be returning.
