“The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered……

“The location and views were beautiful. The home was very large with four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which was perfect for a family of eight. The only problem was that in one bathroom the drain in the shower was clogged which meant that the water did not drain while you were taking a shower. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. We were not charged IVA tax when we checked out as we are US citizens. It is a little hard to see where the entrance is from the road as……

“Wonderful property, food was good (just not the usual Colombian food, but still good). Pool and spa are great, the property hosts daily walks to the river and meditation sessions. Overall easy to get to the highway and it’s pretty safe. Only downside was that there really wasn’t much hot water for showers and the lighting in the rooms is very dim plus no mirrors (I think it’s just for the aesthetic of the property though). Overall great would stay here, staff is very helpful. ”

“Our stay at this property was truly outstanding. Jorge and his family were exceptionally warm and welcoming, consistently going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
