It was a great stay, clean and fun! The beach/pool chairs need replacing- needed lots of towels layered so you don’t feel the poles of the chair in your back.

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
Pool and beach were awesome. Staff overall was average. Some were nice & friendly while others hospitality skills were lacking. Resort is beautiful.
