“IA Lodge is located very close to the ferry terminal. Just a 2-3 min. walk. Executive room is fairly large, clean and basic. Shower pressure is okay, but they need to clean or replace the showerhead. There is hot water with waterheater. Toilet was clean and flush working. Wifi needs improvment. Signal is very bad. Maybe because of the concrete in the building? But have stayed at IA for several years and the main problem is always the wifi. Why have they still not adressed the issue? Tv with……

“Avoid room 200a it's small, needs paint, walls in bath need bleached. AC, weak. Doesn't circulate well, a ceiling fan would alleviate. Needs electrical box cover next to bed, . And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. ”

“This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. There are about 20 long……

“Nice property. Westernized home in a traditional Philippino neighborhood. There are food and shopping in a short walk along with an abundance of transportation options. There are lots of bicycle, scooter, bus etc options at all hours. Note most none auto options are Filipino sized so if your big or over 5 and a half most bikes seating will be crowded ”

“The rooms has insect and cockroaches. The linen smells so old, you need to request for an insect spray and change of linen. ”
