“I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem.
As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to……

“Overall we enjoyed our short stay. The rooms are nice and updated. The air conditioning was perfect! The property is beautiful and well maintained.
The food at B Loved was our FAV (privilege wristband). The breakfast buffet was also very good. However more lunch options would’ve been nice (a pizzeria, tacos etc). The reservation policy for dinner is a nuisance as we would’ve liked to try all the restaurants and could not. A better schedule for the restaurants on the website would’ve been……

“Rooms and food are great. Being in a safe community to walk around made for a unique experience. Don’t take any offers to tour other resorts for a gift or voucher. Do upgrade to preferred club and make sure to use the pool, spa and dinning perks that come with it. I would stay here again.”
