「My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is very close to the boat launch and there are tons of restaurants and shops within a few minute's walk. Breakfast is a set meal...toast, eggs, meat, cheese, and fruit. If you are a vegan or have dietary restrictions, you are going to have an issue with the breakfast. 「After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. 「Despite the Expedia confirmation and my correspondence with the hotel prior to arrival, when we arrived first we had to wait over an hour for anybody to arrive at the reception, only to hear that our reservation does not exist. After a tiring trip we had to run around the city to find any hotel that looks acceptable and has free rooms left. All that with full luggage, burning noon sun and a child. Stay away from that hotel! Shame on Expedia that they sell a hotel that claims no work with...
