「Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. 「Large property - 3 bed rooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It was an excellent value. The home had fantastic air conditioning - which we really appreciated after a long day of excursions. There was plenty of filtered water and the washing machine was a bonus. In terms of negatives: - No WiFi (but the host was clear about this from the beginning) - No mirrors over sinks (had to use our phone’s camera to shave) - Dogs barking at night - No hot water in the morning - No address - difficult to explain...

「It can be a little intimidating coming to a new country so it was a relief that our hosts were bilingual and extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We were in the Galápagos for 10 days and had done no pre planning. No worries there because Donna got right to work setting up wonderful excursions to remote islands and even had snorkeling gear to lone to us.
