「Nice waterfront hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was convenient walking to a beach and Las Grietas. Be aware that to visit the mainland where all shopping and additional restaurants are, you need to pay water taxi 1$ each way . 」

「Loved the hotel, we stayed in the Sun & Moon room which had its own turret! We had two outdoor areas to relax on. Great views. Pool was a life saver on a hot day. Breakfast was very nice 」

「My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!」

「This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever booked through hotels.com. The largest concern was the inability to connect with someone when a problem arises, as there was a young girl at the desk unable to assist us and we were unable to reach the owners via email or phone. They misrepresented themselves as having a city view, but are actually situated next to a container truck lot and a petroleum filling staton. Also, there was a loud groaning noise in the hotel until 8:00 pm. At night....

「The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄」
