Excellent location and property

The house is great, perfectly located with local facilities (bars/shops/restaurants) in La Paz and only a short walk into the town centre of Puerto will all it has to offer. It's also well placed for excursions to the mountains and towns of the Nothern areas of Tenerife. The garden is lovely, we spent a lot of time relaxing in it, the pool is great, not heated though, so in the winter season you don't want to linger in it for too long :) The house has everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom could use an update, but they're absolutely fine for a holiday. We had a really relaxing and lovely holiday, and would definitely return to this property.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in idealer Lage

Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – und in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen auf der Insel. Es befindet sich tief genug, um unterhalb der Passatwolken zu liegen – dadurch hatten wir oft trockenes und angenehmes Wetter.Für alle, die absolute Abgeschiedenheit suchen, ist die Lage vielleicht nicht ideal – aber für alle anderen, ob jung oder alt, unserer Meinung nach genau richtig. Dank der zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer ist das Haus auch für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls reibungslos und freundlich.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Genau die richtige Unterkunft :-)

Die Kommunikation und Ankunft war ganz einfach und wir haben uns mit Betreten des Hauses wohl gefühlt. Angefangen vom Eingangsbereich, welches gleichzeitig ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas ist, bis hin zur Küche, die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Da bleiben praktisch keine Wünsche offen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum und das moderne Bad sowie die zusätzliche Toilette sind neu und sauber. Für uns vierköpfige Familie war es genau die richtige Unterkunft.Nicht zu vergessen der bei unseren Kindern beliebte Pool und der Garten mit Schatten spendendem Bäumchen. Hier haben wir gern gesessen und zu Abend gegessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder auf Teneriffa Urlaub machen.

Schönes Haus mit Pool in guter Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei anfallenden Problemen stets hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour mémorable

Nous avons passé un magnfique séjour à Tenerife. La maison était parfaite pour nous, tout y était pour notre confort. Le terrain est magnifique avec son manguier, ses plantes, sa piscine et sa superbe terrasse. La maison est à distance de marche de l'épicerie, de plusieurs restaurants, terrasses et boutique et du centre ville de Puerto de la Cruz. La propriétaire à répondu à nos questionnements rapidement. Le stationnement a été un plus pour nous considérant que nous avions loué un véhicule pour la durée de notre séjour. L'endroit est calme et paisible, nous y reviendrons assurément et le recommandons fortement !

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung im Ortsteil La Paz

Das gemütliche und ruhige Ferienhaus in La Paz mit schönem Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Bei der vielfältigen Ausstattung speziell der Küche fehlt es an (fast) nichts. Nur das zweite, kleinere Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng und könnte mal ein wenig überholt werden. Die Gastgeberin reagiert sehr schnell und hilfsbereit auf Anfragen, so dass auch das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos läuft. Insgesamt also eine klare Empfehlung!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Man konnte alles gut erreichen und hatte es nicht weit zum Wasser. Die Kinder haben täglich nach und vor den Ausflügen den Pool genutzt und hatten dabei viel Spaß. Einziges Problem ist wie immer auf Teneriffa die Parkplatzsituation. Wer 18:00 Uhr zurück kommt ergattert noch einen der letzten Parkplätze. Das hängt aber wahrscheinlich mit der Hauptsaison zusammen. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette jolie maison. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal: au fond d'une impasse, près des commerces, à 10mn à pied du centre de Puerto de la Cruz. La maison est propre et très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'équipements, nous n'avons maqué de rien. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir et le petit jardin très agréable. La propriétaire est joignable très facilement et répond très rapidement aux questions. Nous n'hésiterons pas, si nous retournons aux canaries, à reprendre cette location!
