Zufrieden aber es ist noch etwas Luft nach oben

Die Lage ist gut, wenige Meter zum Strand und nah am Zentrum. Ausstattung gut. Der Balkon richtet sich zur Straße daher ist es von morgens bis spät abends laut. Hygiene und Sauberkeit habe ich beanstanden müssen. Abhilfe wurde teilweise geschaffen. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber gut

Spacieux et bien placé !

L'hébergement est idéalement situé avec un parking gratuit à côté. Il est très spacieux et nous avons apprécié que le séjour soit séparé de la chambre par la salle de bain. Il est tout équipé. Néanmoins il faut le dire tout de même que les toilettes avaient une fuite et que la chasse d'eau se déclenchait toutes les 15 minutes même la nuit. Nous entendions aussi le bruit extérieur. Étant de bonnes dormeuses cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé mais cela reste néanmoins problématique.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Woche. Es ist wirklich ein kurzes Stück zum Strand, auch ins Centrum ist es zu Fuß leicht Zu meistern. Es ist angenehm ruhig in der Nacht. Für uns war es eine perfekte Woche.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, city und strandnah

Es war eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem,was man braucht. Sogar extra Strandhandtücher und Espressokocher. Klarer Favorit war der Pool auf dem Dach! Auf die laute Straße in der Nacht und den Kakalakenbesuch hätten wir verzichten können, aber weil ortsüblich trotzdem 4 Sterne.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist super, der Strand, die Innenstadt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. In dem Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind auch wirklich nett, Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Würde immer wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Ideal für das kleine Geld.

excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable

Appartement agréable et confortable très bien situé, près de la côte et en plein centre historique, tout en permettant de sortir rapidement de la ville sans embouteillage. Literie et canapé très confortables. Balcon petit mais suffisant pour de bons petits déjeuners et repas dehors. Excellents contacts avec Anthy avant, pendant et après le séjour (de très bon conseil pour les restaurants). Accès à l'immeuble et au logement faciles grâce aux renseignements détaillés d'Anthy. Aucun problème pour récupérer les clefs à la réception. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok

Die Vermieterin ist definitiv sehr nett ! Und sehr hilfsbereit!! Das Apartment ist sehr klein . Ansich haben wir nicht viel zu bemängeln , außer das der Nachbars Hund ständig bellt . Die Dusche nicht soo sauber ist. Das Sofa ist fleckig ! Die Bettwäsche ( plümo) war voll mit ekeligen Flecken . Dies habe ich leider erst beim Abziehen des Bettes gesehen . Daran sollte dringend was getan werden . ( darüber habe ich auch Bilder ) Ich würde es für das Geld nicht mehr buchen wollen . Wenn das Fenster auf ist , und man empfindlich ist , sollte man es lassen da dort eine befahrene Straße ist . Uns hat es nicht gestört . Flussläufig ist man schnell in Puerto und am Strand.

Kleines Apartment direkt am Strand

Ein schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso der Busbahnhof oder der Weg ins Zentrum. Der Straßenlärm ist nichts für geräuschempfindliche, nachts konnte man aber gut schlafen, da der Schlafbereich nicht zur Straße lag. Gutes wlan, aber kaum deutsche Fernsehsender. Die Couch war etwas abgewohnt, die Matratze war sehr gut. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung war klein, aber im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Das ganze Apartmenthaus macht einen sauberen und geordneten Eindruck. Die Lage ist gut. Einziges Problem sind die Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Honest review

Super location with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean & Volcanic mountain. Owners very helpful & amenable right up to check in. Unfortunately when I advised that we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment & backed this up with photos they became very defensive & dismissive - frankly quite rude claiming that it was - quote “impeccably spotless“ we clearly have very different views on clean! The balcony was filthy with thick traffic grime all over the railings along with dirt, hair & fluff that was weeks old. Soft furnishings were marked/ stained and the bathroom shower tidy was very rusty & unsightly. I was very upset at the reaction received - which was tantamount to calling me a liar. Although we did not let this spoil the few days we spent there, it left a very sour taste!

It could have been worse

We found apartment clean and well set out and all was fine. Then on 2nd night there was a storm which caused damage to trees etc. Then came the sandstorm when everthing turned orange and we were not able to go out for3 days and then places were closed while they were being cleaned. So the first week was not very good. Then cam coronavirus in the south of the island.it restricted our movements a bit as we tried to avoid any attractions which would have lots of people together and we only ate out twice. The thought of being captivated by Tennerife possibly in a lock down situation was with us all the time. But we managed to do and see places and had a reasonably good 2nd week.However we were very relieved to touch down in u.k although we found that the virus was spreading quickly and we will have to restrict our movements for some time to come. Summing up I would say that the accomodation and its owners were excellent and the holiday was enjoyable and only marred by events beyond human control.

Wonderful week. A very pleasant change.

We visited Puerto de la Cruz last November for a day and loved the ruggedness of its coastline and the feel of being in a Spanish city instead of a tourist resort. Our apartment was a in a very good location both for the sea front and the city being a very short pleasant stroll away. Facilities at our apartment were very good everything you want is there, the staff are very helpful, everything is kept clean, there were no noisy parties. Our hosts were superb, giving us detailed instructions on how to get there and where everything is. Anthea even gave us information and recommendations on restaurants to eat at and sights to see. This very helpful. Overall a very nice holiday in the north of this island which we are keen to visit again.
