「Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.」

「Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. 「We loved our stay at the villa, its a really nice place, very relaxing and a short distance from the beaches and mountains. The air conditioning in the bedrooms could be improved and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, plus a few more essentials would have been nice to have. But overall a very pleasant experience, the communication was fantastic, questions answered usually within minutes. We would love to come back one day!」

「Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

「Pros: The pool and dining area Cons: The bedrooms could do with mirrors for getting ready in the evenings」

「Pros: Die Finca ist komplett umzäunt und nicht einsehbar. Man kann entspannt am Pool liegen und sich im Garten und in der Finca frei bewegen, ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool werden wöchentlich von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 15 Min vom Strand , Alcúdia und Port de Pollenca entfernt. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und auch immer zu erreichen. Wir werden immer wieder gerne die Finca...
