“Ruben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. They also did not respond to VRBO representatives. My family and I were left trying to find a suitable place to stay at the absolute last minute (after check in time) and it was during the holiday season so EVERYTHING was booked.
