excellent visit, wish we would have stayed longer. Very nice, quiet, clean facilities. All the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Very nice buffet with wide range of choices and regional dishes.

This spa is conveniently located between the access to the falls and the center of the Iguazu city. It has everything you need within the facilities: restaurant, gym, sauna, swimming pool, etc.

The environment around is calm away from the city noise. The taxi service that hotel provides is excellent to move around the iguazu main attractions. The hotel staffs were professionals. It was good that the diner is included since the hotel has some distance to the city center. We enjoyed the stay.

5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.

Property is very tropical and beautiful. Lots of very comfortable seating areas to wait for transportation ir check in or out. The Property indide is spectacular! Very beautiful and comfortable. I only speak English but they always had at least one staff member that could speak English. Very happy with my stay.

The amenities are very nice and the hotel is very well kept. Its not that close to the the city but that is not an issue since the hotel can always call a taxi which they did for us. Breakfast and dinner are included and the food is excellent. Rooms are nice and most include a balcony where you can relax after a long day at the waterfalls. I highly recommend staying here. I also feel that the value is really good since I didn't feel that the daily rate was expensive for everything the hotel has to offer.

Very luxurious hotel with a spa. Dependence on "negotiated" rate taxi service (practically, private local drivers) makes location somehow less desirable. Would not be possible for the hotel to offer it's own shuttle service? Even paid? I guess local drivers guild is too strong...

This property is far removed from everything in Iguazu and unfortunately does not offer a shuttle service downtown even a few times a day . I wish they had given us better information about visiting the main attraction in their town . The pool area was busy with families and children . However it is there incredibly strange policy of not even including water with water and expecting you to pay for it that had me baffled . At 300$ a night I’m sure filtered water should have been included . The salads were appetizing but the main courses had very poor quality meat ( disappointing because Argentina is known for great meat) and the choices were very limited . The dessert selection was good however . It was also the attitude of the staff at the dining room that was puzzling .

Building was nice enough, and staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about staff. Convenient location to falls, but not a good walk to town. Food at dinner buffet was awful, and breakfast buffet was only slightly better. When I got hot milk out of the dispenser, a fly came out of it. Truly disgusting. Broken gym equipment, and gym not air conditioned. Had to buy bottled water for the whole trip, no free water provided in lobby or anywhere else except breakfast buffet where the dead fly was in the milk. Jets in bathtub did not operate properly.
