Secluded Villa in the Mexican Nature

Villa in gated community with 24/7 security in the middle of the Mexican nature with Private Pool and Jacuzzi , 2 big shared swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, 2 gyms, basket ball court, bike path, parks and playground for kids.
There is a separate studio with separate entrance on the roof top of the property where the maintenance person of the house is living who is available to help with questions, give local tips, etc.

Safe and quiet place to stay

The house is good for 6 people and it is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood very close to Puerto Morelos town. A car is needed to visit the the different attractions located in the Mayan Riviera. I believe some improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable. The mattress of the beds of two bedrooms need to be replaced. One of the rooms needs air conditioning and there is a very bad odor coming from one of the bedrooms.
