Beach Front House - EV charging included

Our beach house is truly a beachfront house only a few steps from the beach. It is located inside a 24/7 secure gated community in the Laguna Shores Resort. Most comfortable for 6 adults and 4 (teens) children. The community has a fantastic restaurant, pool with a swim-up bar, tennis court, fitness center, spa, and more. Upon booking, you will receive more information. EV charging is included in your stay.

$300 extra cleaning fee will apply if -
1 - more than 10 people enter home
2 - pets enter the home
3 - smoking in the home

Best Rental in 14 years of visiting Puerto Peñasco

Matt and Duci were great to work with. Great communication. They definitely take pride in not only their home, but in providing information that is of great value for their guests!While the property pictures on here are great and led us to renting the property, the pictures don’t do the home justice. Way better than expected!! We had everything we needed, everything in the home is labeled, and the home was spotless upon arrival! No issues whatsoever! As mentioned in the title, after renting multiple homes and condos over 14 years, this quickly became our favorite and will become our go to for our Peñasco vacations! As always, Laguna shores was great. The common area pool and swim up bar, and the restaurant are very convenient and walking distance. The staff as always, was very consistent in their delivery of a great guest experience!Thank you Matt and Duci! It was a pleasure doing business with you!

Beautiful Home in Tranquil Location

This home was absolutely beautiful and the location is very tranquil. It's a lot quieter and more relaxing in Laguna Shores than Sandy Beach or Mirador. It worked out great for my family seeing as we have two small children and weren't interested in the party scene. It was conveniently located near Rodeo Drive where the Dia de los Muertos festivities were(the highlight of this trip for us). The community amenities provide all you need. We enjoyed the workout facility and the pool. The extreme tides at this beach, however, were a surprise to us. The water is about a 1/2 mile away at low tide. At high tide however, the water was deep enough to paddle board. And it was nice and shallow and calm, which was great for our small children.

Spent Christmas with friends

Property is very nice, clean, and spacious. The amenities at the resort could use some TLC. The hot tub tiles are falling apart. It's beach front but the tide only comes in twice a day, the remainder of the time, it's over a mile away in the horizon. Someone we met called it rustic, but the resort just feels unfinished.

Fun Girls Weekend

The property is is a nice gated community and the home is brand new. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the master was huge. We enjoyed the patio in the mornings and there was plenty of furniture for the 5 of us. The kitchen had all the basics for us. We were about 20-25 minutes from town, so it's nice and quiet. The pool area at the resort wasn't too crowded and the in site restaurant was very good.

Family spring break getaway.

We enjoyed staying here. The house is very nice, clean, and well stocked with anything you could need. I would advise if booking here to do some research on the tides. We were here at a time where even at high tide the water was still pretty far out. I would consider staying here again when the high tide is at a higher level. Lesson learned! All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
