Large group? Look no further. Hands down one of the biggest and nicest houses in Rocky Point available to rent. Beautiful HUGE house that cannot be truly captured in words or photos. Can sleep up to 24 on beds. Large common areas for hanging out. Perfect place to bring multiple families or one large family reunion. 2 large kitchens are great for cooking big meals, or go to one of many nearby restaurants. Enjoy watching the sunset from one of the 3 beautiful balconies. This house will be one of your favorite vacations!

Doña Linda

The house was huge and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The bad things were a bathroom and bedroom downstairs have no ac vents and was hot and miserable in there, especially vacationing in july. There was no wifi because of many different excuses they had. Water ran out on the third day of stay and had to wait about 7 hours till they came and refilled it. The water issue was not described in the information given to us by the owner. There were also some defects as to lights, fans not turning on and a leaky bathroom faucet. The issues were immediately reported to the owner and feel like they would make excuses to fix them.

Excellent property and location

We had an amazing time at this property. It was big enough to comfortably fit multiple families, was a great place for kids and adults, and had everything we needed. Our only issue was one of the showers not working but there were plenty of others so it was fine. Thanks for helping us create amazing memories, we hope to be back!

Great home, plenty of room.

This house has plenty of space and beds. We really enjoyed our stay right in front of the beach. We had an issue with the power, there was a power outage and when we called him he was really nice and responsive.

No hot water , unable to control temperature in the house, poor internet service no cable

GOOD MORNING TYLER, I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT OUR WEEKEND WASN'T THE BEST. WE KNOW YOU HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE WEATHER OR THE POWER OUTAGES. BUT SOME THINGS YOU DO. LIKE NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTROL THE TEMPERTURE IN THE HOUSE. NOT HAVING HOT WATER. THE LEAKS IN THE ROOF. WE REALIZE THAT ROCKY POINT HADN'T SEEN THAT KIND OF RAIN IN YEARS' WE STILL MANAGED TO MAKE IT A NICE WEEKEND IN SPITE THER ARE NO TV'S UPSTAIRS. YOUR INTERNET WAS NOT GOOD. WE CENTER OUR LIVE AROUND SOCIALIZING AND WE NEED TV IN KITCHEN AREA. I REALLY DIDN'T SEE WHERE YOU MENTION THAT THE KITCHEN AND ALL THE KING ROOM WERE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. MY MOTHER IS 80 AND I HAVE BAD ARTHRITITIS. SO GOING UP AND DOWN STAIRS IS VERY HARD FOR US AND MY FRIEND SISTER WAS ON A WALKER. THERE LEAKS IN THE FIRST BATHROOM UP THE STAIRS. WE LOVED THE TWO KITCHENS MOST OF THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE. BUT WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR PLACE TO ANYONE. THAT HOUSE NEEDS SOME WORK. THE LAST ONE WE STAYED IN WAS VERY NICE, NO COMPARISON AT ALL. HAPPY NEW YEAR..

Large house, close to the beach

The house is great for large groups, there is a ton of space, lots of beds, lots of towels. Hot water. No water filter on the tap or set ups for the large water bottles you flip upside down, so you have to bring all your own bottled water. The diswashers don't work and the grills are charcoal, but the kitchen otherwise has whatever you will need to make food. Coffee machines are there and there are filters for them. The basics (oil and salt) are there too, which is super helpful. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, there is plenty of parking. It's a great location for a large group, it easily and comfortably accommodated our group of 12. Definitely recommend.

Chill Vacation

Great vacation with family and friends! House had so many bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out! Kitchens were well equipped! Home was about a 1 minute walk (or less) to the beach. We loved spending hours walking in the ride pools! Host was awesome and answered all our questions within minutes. I’d definitely go back to this house!
