~ Complete kitchen, set with high bar stool chairs, spacious countertop, and complete appliances. Nice touches include complete dinnerware, cookware.
~ Bedroom with king bed, and its own patio access through sliding glass doors, and mirrored closet too. The bathroom has a shower and tub, along with a vanity.
~ Comfortable sofa in the living room, and TV's here and in the bedroom also.

Adorable Condo
We enjoyed out stay in this adorable condo. It's been very nicely updated and decorated. The bed was very comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom had been updated since the pictures on VRBO and the outdoor furniture was different, but both were very nicely done! I would definitely stay here next time we go to Rocky Point.

This charming Condo right on the beach was amazing! Everything that was in the unit is like you were home, the bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture is lovely. We spent a lot of time on the patio, the outdoor patio set was great for people watching and watching the Pelicans fly by. We will definatly stay here again!! The only negative would be, a grab bar needs to be in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at this one bedroom condo! The bed was a little soft for me, I believe it was a gel top mattress. The decor was gorgeous, & condo was fully equipped with everything you need! There was a little delay in written correspondence with host but they did reply.
