Sleeps 3 with a King in the master, 1 twin roll away for an adult or child
You may have a 4th person as long as it is a child that sleeps on the sofa.

For the 1 free night for Jan and Feb, just book your 2 nights and then contact me to let me know this night you want for free.

WIFI, Netflix, ocean front balcony, keyless entry.
Price is for 3 adults . Let me know if you have specific questions about this property before booking otherwise this condo is set up to accept an "Instant Booking".

NOTE TO GUEST: This condo has a ring doorbell outside.

This condo has new stainless steel appliances and a fully supplied kitchen with spices, crock pot, all minor and major appliances. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo.

Ocean front balcony, heated pool and swim up bar, conv story, gym, tennis court.

We supply extras like beach chairs, a safe, games, cards, puzzles and much more. This condo has a water filtration so no bottled water needed. This condo NO longer provides beach towels due to constant replacement. The Resort has a Gym, tennis court, rest, bar, swim up bar and this condo looks right out over the beach and ocean.

Perfect weekend getaway

Cristi”s place was perfect for my wife, son and myself. It was clean, air conditioned and the balcony overlooked the pool area and ocean. Changos, Diego’s Tiki bar and Wrecked at the Reef are all a short drive away. This place has everything you need. We Will definitely stay here again!!

Wow had to leave!

Our stay was awesome, can't believe that we had to leave, accommodations were beautiful and well kept. Sonoran Sun well maintained and right on the beach. Looking at my calendar right now to see when we can go back!

Had everything we needed and great location

Loved how close it was to the beach and on the second floor made it easy to get to and from the pool area. One of the pools was heated which was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the patio area. Condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials and always a plus to have a washer/dryer.

Great getaway!

My wife and I really loved the place. The place was clean, cozy, and the resort was really nice too. We loved the pool and the close proximity from the room to the beach was a plus. Any more than two guest could make the place feel cramped. We would most definitely stay again. A+++

The perfect Rocky Point getaway

Such a cute little condo, very well kept and nicely furnished. She had an entire closet full of beach towels, sand toys, umbrella, and beach chairs! What an absolute find!

Really nice comfortable condo

The property was clean and comfortable. Another reviewer commented that the couch was not comfortable. We found them very comfortable. The couch had a throw on though that didn’t work at all. It slipped around on the leather(pleather) fabric. And trying to straighten or fix was a waste of time. My husband used the ATM for US funds and they kept 10% + $2.50 fee. The machine didn’t warn about this fee. He had to compare the receipt to the cash returned to the actual funds taken from the bank! He complained at the office but they said they could not do anything. They certainly could put a sign on it and warn the renters of this. That was the only negative for us. I would rent again.
