非常適合渡假的飯店，也適合全家入住 服務態度都非常好，只是非旺季很多飯店的設施沒有開放覺得可惜，但大致下次我還是會再選擇。

服務跟環境都很好，房間的清潔也好 但就是各一天housekeeping忘了收垃圾桶跟用過的毛巾沒收走。但除了這個 整體都很好 服務很親切。路過工作人員都很有禮貌打招呼。

很值得再去的度假酒店
太令人有意外驚起的酒店,我入住地下有泳池的房間,實在太好了,在房間就可以上落泳池,泳池亦很大,因酒店不算太多房間數量,所以食早餐亦不會太多人,我們住了三間亦覺未玩盡酒店 設施,三天6點就外出觀日出,非常美,每個早上日出都唔一樣,一天比一天美,不可不提 紅樹林的淺灘 水深時可撐艇到外面淺灘 實在太美太美了,水退或水漲都有不同,水退可行出去玩,水漲可撐艇,重有花園環境亦很好,

還ok,還不錯，還行，還可以在更好。長時間有dream trips在那邊辦活動以及表演，實在非常吵鬧吵雜，又很愛大聲喧嘩，沒禮貌，自以為有錢上等人，完全沒在乎其他房客的感受，如果沒有他們，我想我會給90分。

以如此便宜的價錢可以入住五星飯店CP值超高,雖然我們一開始的目標,直接從陽台可踏入泳池已售罄,但樓上陽台看出去的景色也是很不錯,雖然飯店沒有我想像中的大但是設施還是很豐富,你一入住就可以享受一些free設施,早餐算是這幾天我們在愛妮島與公主港上吃最好的,想要預定tour到櫃台即可,叫嘟嘟車也可以請飯店人員幫忙,很喜歡往海邊走過去的那條木站道,由於這裡的海邊有點像是濕地的那種景色,但卻有另一種風情,整體來說很不錯

這次旅行住的最好的飯店，各種設施裝潢都很美，靠海的地方還有木棧道可以走到海中央，在退潮時會變成沙灘上面還有很多海星！！客房內的芒果很好吃！唯一的缺點是蚊子多（Pool Access）

能舒適安靜的放鬆心情的好地方
除了網路有時不穩定，蚊子多了點(但渡假村有花花草草的地方正常), 但整體上都算舒服。 員工也有素質。 處理問題效率也高。像是浴室排水孔堵塞，一通電話約10分鐘馬上有人來處理。 態度也很好。笑容常帶! 值得推薦去放鬆住宿的地方。

SUCKS!!
1.The pool access room was very very stinky, after one night, my shirts also smell stinky. 2.We changed to water villa the other day and the Jacuzzi was broken, also, we took our luggage ourselves, what kind of resort! 3. Never book travel packages like underground river in this resort, cuz the price (1850 PHP/ person) is more expensive then outside(1500 PHP/ person).

第一次的房間有很多蚊子，向飯店反應後，服務人員動作不夠積極，等了30分鐘才終於幫忙換房間。除了這個之外，飯店附近有一個沙灘，真的是太漂亮了，非常值得去看一下喔！

鄰近市區/機場的飯店
房間算大且枕頭和床睡起來舒服，但是隔音不好，清早6點左右就聽到隔壁多次大力關門的聲音，晚上要睡覺錢也一直聽到整個度假村放的音樂。另外能夠免費玩的設施感覺太少，畢竟花的入住費也不少卻都還要另外再付設施費用。sandbar等會被天氣影響的活動是否開放或取消，都沒有主動的資訊提供給遊客知道，要自己不斷的去大廳詢問。

Comfortable resort with excellent service.
Arrival: Pick-up service outside airport is easy to spot and really 5mins drive. Check-in is smooth with delicious welcome drinks. Location: Well-located near to airport after long-delay of flights. Easy to get tricycle to anywhere (25mins to Baywalk which offers many open-air seafood grill restaurants; 40mins to Sta Lourdes Wharf to Honda Bay; 15mins to City Proper) Amenities: Giant swimming pool with warm water Jacuzzi, Italian restaurant has nice ambiances at night, Tour desk available (when book the underground river tour, remember to make decision of optional activities cause we got Ugong Rock adventure zipline instead of Sabang X zipline), Spa with good service and price is acceptable when discount applies. Room: Spacious. Highly recommend pool-access room. Private balcony is comfortable. Unstable hot water though. Breakfast: Breakfast is simple and okay but not much choices. Staff: Pool attendant-David is helpful to assist my mum to find her lost glasses under water! Concierge Patrick always wears genuine smile and remembers us all the time. Others: 1) Sand-bar tour is must-go but really depends on the tides. We went there at high tide but water sports staff is very informative, care-taking and helpful to ensure our safety. 2) We definitely adore the birthday surprises upon arrival! Thank you very much for giving us a memorable family trip! We will definitely come back in future and also recommend to others!

Half of everything's under construction. Place doesnt look kept up, food is terrible and has no flavor. I was given a 3-cheese grilled panini with no cheese and was expected to pay until i pointed out there was no cheese. The burger is essentially lumpia meat, yes with carrots and onions. The pizza sauce tastes like paste, they serve wings with that same sauce and no others available. Just order Grab. I booked the water villa for $500 a night, which is very expensive in the Philippines and the view was dirty. Volleyball area is run down, internet was slow and choppy so forget about checking your bank, doing work or attempting to log in to ANY secure network. I couldnt even login to my google TV. I was told it was the provider's fault. For a resort, there was nothing to do so we rented a motorcycle and went island hopping. Only good part was there was a business convention here so i was only able to book one night (place isnt huge).

The staff are all excellent. The food in the restaurant was for the most part excellent. Pasta seems to be their specialty. Caesar salad was great Watch out for the entry into the pool its extremely slippery, and despite warning people we saw many people take hard falls in shallow water. The locals say this is the best facility in Puerto Princesa. Honda Bay was the best tour

On a positive note our room was lovely. On the down size the are building a a massive extension to the hotel next door. Work is from 8-8. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t an issue, we were also place right next door to the construction site. Work will be continuing for some time, so check before you book, especially if staying for more than a night. Hotel felt a little tiered but still nice. We stayed at a number of hotels during our trip, but this wasn’t up there I’m afraid, I found staff at the smaller non-chain hotels to be far more helpful. Nice but not memorable. If however you are looking for large clean safe hotel with large pool, it could be for you.

良いところ、不満なところ全て書きました。
リゾートホテルとしての雰囲気は良い。 しかし、部屋の状態は不満が有り。　 案内された部屋のエアコンと冷蔵庫が使用出来なかった。それを使用できるようにしてもらった所、ブレーカがトリップ。　夜だったので真っ暗でベッドのベースに脛をひっかけて結構大きな傷になってしまった。　ブレーカトリップは再々生じたので、部屋を交換してもらった。　その部屋ではヘアドライヤが壊れていた。　 部屋の設備の維持管理が不十分。 又、使用済みのタオルを回収されて、新しいのがセットされていないことも2回あり。 他、利用者がＵＳＡの方が多いせいかレストランの食事の量が多い。注文する時に少なめにオーダして様子を見た方が良いです。 ホテル内に売店が無く、ホテル外の徒歩６～７分の所に地元の売店があるが、ドリンク類の持参を勧めます。 最後にチェックイン時に宿泊機関でのアクティビティーの予約を同時に受けつけていた。　その為３人目の順番であったのにチェック印できたのは１時間後くらいであった。　チェックインとアクティビティーの予約は別別にすべきでしょう。

The entire resort is absolutely beautiful! Staff was always friendly and nice! The only issue I saw (and I’m nitpicking) was that there were many missing and loose tiles in our pool access (we had a double pool access suite). Other than that everything was great! Would highly recommend and wish to go back to Princesa Garden again!

We had a great time at this resort. It’s definitely 4 star rather than 5 star but we would still recommend it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was ok, not great. There’s only one restaurant option for lunch and dinner and the food was only ok. We chose to venture into town instead for dinner. Note there is no ‘spa’. I was expecting a wellness spa with massage, sauna etc facilities. There is an option to have a massage in your room. We didn’t do this. There are also some weights available for outdoor weight training. They advertised yoga every morning but it was on only the day we arrived. We took some of the tours offered (extra charge) and they were excellent- especially the island hopping and underground river tours.

Receptionist team excellent room beautiful The only two remarks are about food : Food its not for 5 star hotel but quite poor selection many items not available i would rate 2/3 star. Second point the room should sold for discounted price as all day there is an annoying noice from the construction just inside the resort so u can t really relax in a swimming pool as a lot of noise

At the time of our visit, there was some construction work going on next door, which was a bit of an eyesore but we were off on most days doing tours or restaurants so didn't notice it. The staff were excellent, warm and friendly as expected.
