「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

「The receptionist (I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name) was SO friendly and helpful - the most welcoming receptionist I have ever encountered, I would say! Amongst other things, he pointed us in the direction of some cheap parking nearby, which was particularly useful local knowledge. The hotel was in a great location, really near the main sights, but on a very quiet street. It was well-appointed, with charming Moorish-style architecture and details. We had such a nice stay, with only two...
