「Only stayed one night and wish we had longer, staff was fantastic as was the room, we really dug the bath & shower on the private balcony. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they had no problem holding our luggage until we had to get a cab to the airport. 10/10」

「My son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!」

Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once you’re up there, though, it’s very comfortable. And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! They offer free water and there is coffee available as well.」
