"Everyone on staff went far beyond the call of duty helping me with some minor difficulties while I was in town. Their smiles and attention to detail made my life much simpler. And the food in your restaurant was wonderful. One complaint: the wifi on the fifth floor varied between spotty and non-existent. Conducting business with the good signal in your lobby is not my idea of a good place to stay."

"I stayed in six different hotel during this trip in five countries and this was by far the nicest hotel. My room was absolutely fabulous - decorated beautifully and the bathroom was huge. The toiletries provided were of a high quality. All the reception staff I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly and certainly an asset to the hotel. I really enjoyed my breakfast, which was included in the price. The omelette was probably the fluffiest I have ever had. Unfortunately I only stayed in Tartu for one night and as soon as I walked into the room I regretted this ! The hotel is less than a 20 minute walk from the train station. It’s opposite a beautiful building which is part of the university and the main square is just around the corner. You really cannot pick a better hotel for a visit to Tartu. I certainly hope and plan to visit again."

"Good spa hotel, and decent facilities and upkeep of property. Spa has jacuzzis, steam, sauna and routine stuff but restricted open timings, with other slots being chargeable. Continental breakfast was also decent. This hotel is right opposite the main Tartu bus station so very accessible. Also, 2 big malls and other restaurants are also stone throws. River promenade walk is just a 5 min walk. Given the city itself is small, the hotel location works really well"
