“We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. “员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“The condo was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The view looking out the window overlooks the lovely hills making sunrise a sight to see. Communication was excellent. Beach chairs and small coolers are provided which made beach days more enjoyable with a boogie board. The condo was stellar. Only drawback in this trip was the elevator was not working which made it tough for a senior citizen to carry luggage up the stairs. However a nice gentleman offered to help……
