Great Week

Especially as there was one bad rating I want to really state that this is an incredible object. We had a great week with our kids, everything clean and well thought with many great details like a mosquito tent outside. Short walk to the beach - all really perfect! Would right away book again!!

Very nice and quiet flat in best location

It was a great stay in the house of Paola. There is really everything you need and the fine little garden invites to relax. It is very quiet and the beautiful beach is only a few minutes away. It isn't a problem if you have forgotten something for the beach ;-) The beach is suitable even for small children. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Best conditions for great holidays! Nie wieder

Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen über Haus und Vermieterin nicht nachvollziehen. Für uns war es kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bei Ankunft nahmen wir sehr muffigen Geruch wahr, Türen die Nacht offen brachte keine Besserung. Wir bekamen Husten, wenn wir uns in den Schlafzimmern aufhielten. Mit 2 kleinen Kindern unmöglich diesen Zustand für 8 Tage auszuhalten. Wir konfrontierten die Vermieterin mit einem evtl. Schimmelbefall und baten um Hilfe. Anstatt uns ernst zu nehmen und zu überprüfen, betitelte sie uns als Lügner. Eine vernünftige Einigung war unmöglich. Ab Nacht 2 schliefen wir im Wohnzimmer, nach Nacht 3 zogen wir aus. Schade ums viele Geld, aber der Husten war danach sofort weg. Nun zum Haus: 2 von 3 Schlafzimmer sind aufgrund des muffigen Geruchs nicht bewohnbar. Auch wenn es auf den Bildern so aussieht, in dem Zimmer mit Einzelbetten ist kein Fenster nach Außen vorhanden. Das Fenster grenzt ans Wohnzimmer, weshalb die Belüftung des Zimmers erschwert wird. Der hintere Teil des Hauses ist sehr dunkel, daher sind auf den Bildern auch die Lampen an. Die Wände sind mehrfach überstrichen, an der Decke im Bad ist übermalter Schimmel. Im gesamten Haus stehen überall Duftgefäße und Putzmittel. Der hintere Garten wird nicht gepflegt, die Schaukel ist nicht nutzbar, da defekt. Die Lage ist schön, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Der beworbene Meerblick ist nicht vorhanden. Das Haus hat keinen Meerblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

All’insegna del mare sardo

Struttura vicinissima al mare, ben curata e pulita. All’interno c’è tutto quello che serve per godere al meglio del soggiorno. Paola è molto gentile, mette a disposizione ombrelloni e teli per il mare. Purtroppo (per noi) abbiamo sbagliato la compagnia, per il resto speriamo di poter tornare per goderci al meglio il mare, il relax e il buon cibo sardo.

Gelungene Familienferien

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, dem großen Grundstück und der Nähe zum Strand! Es gab genug Platz für alle. Super war die Außendusche, wenn man vom Strand kam. Die durchgehende Hitze war etwas anstrengend, aber das kann man ja im Vorhinein nicht wissen.

Gut geeignete Unterkunft für Familie mit Kleinkind und Hund

Die Lage des Objekts ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kind und Hund. Ideal ist die Strandnähe, da er in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist und in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht sehr überlaufen war. Am Strand ist eine Bar vorhanden, die zu günstigen Preisen alles bietet was man benötigt. Es ist ein gut gepflegter Spielplatz in der Anlage und ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, beides ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist ca. 50m neben der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut ausgestattet. Mit Hund ist sie sehr angenehm, da beide Gärten voll umzäunt sind. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Hauptraum defekt, worum sich die Vermieterin jedoch umgehend gekümmert hat und diese 4 Tage später betriebsbereit war.

Alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Von der An- bis zur Abreise hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Die Vermieterin hat sich alles Mühe gegeben uns einen tollen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Für den ersten Tag war alles vorbereitet: Insektenmittel, Toilettenpapier usw... Die Lage ist super. Der Hafen sowie der Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Der Supermarkt in der Anlage bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir werden dieses Objekt für einen weiteren Aufenthalt ganz oben auf unserer Liste vermerken.

Нам очень понравилась отдыхать на этой вилле. Шикарная вилла с 3 спальнями, полностью оборудованной кухней, и уютной гостиной. Есть 2 прилегающих земельных участка с противоположных сторон дома. С одного вид на море, с другого на горы. На вилле есть зонты, шезлонги, стулья, детские принадлежности для пляжа. До моря 50 метров. Хозяйка Паула очень милая и приветливая.

La location est bien située. A 2 min à pied d'une plage et 15 min en voiture de su Giudeu. La communication avec paola a été facile, c'est une personne agréable. Il y a personne sur les plages. On a eu beaucoup de vent, je pense qu'il faudrait mieux y aller en septembre. Il n'y a pas de location de bateau au port calaverde, juste un yatch très cher. La saison commence plus en juin pour les autres stations. Superbe vacance qd même.

Maison idéale pour une famille

Un grand merci a Paola pour son sympathique accueil et sa disponibilité. Maison très pratique et agréable dans une residence dans une pinede, residence très bien entretenu, avec aires de jeux top pour les enfants et piscine (attention piscine fermée jusqu'au 15 juin). A 50m de la maison, accès a une très belle plage de sable fin avec une eau d'un bleu limpide et peu peuplé début juin. Maison très bien equipée avec douches exterieures très pratiques pour l'après plage. Beau jardin avant et arrière maison. Seul petit bemol, l'étage au dessus de la maison est un autre appartement, entendons quelque peu les locataires du dessus et pas de chance il y avait des travaux chez les voisins (marteau piqueur dès 8h) mais je conseille vivement pour une famille avec des enfants.

Heerlijke week, genoten in villa Paola!

Het huis (alleen begane grond) is ruim, schoon en goed ingericht op 6 personen! 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, ruime keuken en woonkamer met T.V., 2 aparte airconditioning, voorzien van afwasmachine, wasmachine. Heerlijke bedden. Zowel voor als achter een heerlijke, grote tuin. De voortuin heeft veel schaduwplekken, achter is open, veel zon. Er is van alles aanwezig in huis wat je kunt gebruiken voor het strand ( parasols, strandstoelen en zelfs koelbox) Wij hebben echt genoten van het mooie, rustige strand met helder ondiep water op nog geen 5 min. lopen. Er was op het park ook een zwembad voor 2 euro per dag pp. Kleine supermarkt vlakbij. Stadje Pula ligt op zo’n kwartiertje rijden en daar heb je grotere supermarkten en leuke restaurantjes. Paola is goed bereikbaar voor vragen of problemen! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad, bedankt Paola!

Awesome - great place

We had a fabulous time at Paola's Villa. The house is right at a little private beach close to one of the world's leading resorts...There is a little beach bar within walking distance and the ocean is beautiful! In the mornings we could get fresh bread rolls from the supermarket which is just a few minutes down the road. The supermarket has everything you need, is very clean and the staff is friendly. Our children had also a lot of fun on the playground and in the gardens in front of the house. Paola showed us everything and answered all our questions immediately. She was very nice and helped us a lot. We will definitely recommend the place to our family and friends. Thank you!

Maison très agréable et bien équipée

La maison est très calme, proche de la mer (5 minutes à pieds) sur une plage de sable fin très tranquille. Elle est très bien équipée. La grande copropriété dispose d'un magasin type supermarché ou l'on peut se rendre avec les vélos mis a disposition par Paola. Ideal pour se reposer et profiter de la mer. Nous espérons revenir.

Séjour très agréable, la location est parfaite, très grande maison avec 3 chambres et 2 jardins dans un endroit calme est magnifique. A proximité ( moins de 5 mns à pied) d'une superbe plage, de sable blanc, l'eau est d'un bleu limpide. Fantastico!

Grazie mile per la vacanza Signora Paola nella sua casa di Calaverde. Questo è un luogo ideale per le famiglie con i bambini, molto bella grande casa - situata sulla prima linea, quasi direttamente sulla spiaggia, molto pulita e buono. B3 camere, 2 bagni, cucina abitabile, ampio soggiorno e 2 ampie terrazze. Buone nuove lenzuola. Un sacco di piatti. Per il giardiniere si prende cura del giardino. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Non ci fermeremo per la prima volta in Sardegna, ma la casa ci è piaciuta molto!

Es waren tolle Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles was im Angebot steht, ist auch tatsächlich vorhanden. Gute Lage, Ruhe und Erholung - alles was man sich wünscht. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig, die Vermieterin freundlich und verlässlich. Sogar Obstkorb und Süßigkeiten für die Kinder war vorbereitet! Der Strand ist sehr nahe und wirklich hervorragend. Für Ferien mit Kindern ist die Villa Paola absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Paola! Vielleicht sehen wir uns einmal wieder - Peter mit Familie

Wundervolle Pfingstferien

Wir haben zu sechst wundervolle Pfingstferien in dem tollen Haus von Paola verbracht. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem tollen Strand war fantastisch. Am Erstaunlichsten war für uns die Ruhe. Vielen Dank, Paola, dass Du für uns alles so toll erledigt hast (auch das Mietauto). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

casa stupenda, proprietaria gentilissima, siamo stati benissimo, eravamo 2 famiglie con bimbi. La casa è molto bella e il mare è proprio a pochi passi, si tratta della spiaggia del Forte Village. Curata , giardino stupendo dove rilassarsi dopo il mare. Siamo stati davvero molto bene consigliatissimo ! Grazie Paola - Giovanna
