Terraced house with large garden in a private avenue on the sea side, just 500 meters from the splendid beach of Santa Margherita di Pula.
The interiors consist of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living area with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa. Sleeping area: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, another double bedroom in an intimate attic with adjoining bathroom only this room is air conditioned.
Outside, veranda with wooden pergola and large fully fenced garden in the shade of pine trees. The outdoor spaces are furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, single outdoor shower. Ample parking on the property. The avenue that leads to the sea can be traveled on foot or by car as there is ample free parking near the beach, however we recommend the car if there are very young or elderly children among the guests because of a steep path.
At about 600 meters from the house there is a shopping center with supermarket, butchers, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizza restaurant and ice cream parlor, parking. The inhabited center of Pula is about 12 minutes away, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 8 minutes away.

Nice property in the pine trees. Large hill on the way to a very nice private beach access, but possible to drive there in a couple minutes. Antonio very responsive to any concerns.

È stata una vacanza fantastica. La struttura è in una posizione strategica, a 3 minuti di camminata da un mare stupendo e una quindicina in auto dalle spiaggia rinomate della zona e da Pula.Casa pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e accessorio per la cucina.Spazio esterno perfetto con la possibilità di fare anche la doccia (calda e fredda) o sciacquare i giochi da mare.Antonello sempre presente, rispettoso della privacy e pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti che ci possono essere. I dolci tipici da lui omaggiati al nostro arrivo hanno dato la carica per iniziare la vacanza.Sicuramente la consiglierò.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen unter Pinien

Das Häuschen war wie im Inserat abgebildet. Man darf keinen Luxus erwarten, aber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.Antonello war stets erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir ihn brauchten.Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig in ca 10 min machbar, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Man kann wohl auch mit dem Auto hin, allerdings haben wir das nicht getestet.Alles in allem würde ich sagen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Una bella vacanza di gruppo!

Noi, in sei, siamo stati bene. La casa è confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario, abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la doccia esterna e il parcheggio all'ombra dei pini. La spiaggia è bellissima e mai troppo affollata. Gli host sono molto accoglienti e disponibili.

Un endroit magnifique.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et fraîche dans un petit coin de paradis sous les pins. Celle-ci est située proche d'une très belle plage privée pour les résidents. En plus de cette plage privée nous etions à 15 min max de la plage de Giudeu (idéale pour les enfants).C'est parfait pour découvrir le charme de la Sardaigne du Sud, aux splendides côtes sauvages et aux plages de rêves. Avec nos deux jeunes filles (5 et 7 ans) nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ces vacances ! La ville de Pula est à seulement 10 minutes, idéale pour passer une tres bonne soirée et manger au restaurant ou déguster une glace. Merci à Antonello et sa femme de nous avoir accueillis et d'avoir été aux petits soins avec nous. Ce sont des personnes charmantes. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Esperienza stupenda

Immerso nella pineta, casa molto accogliente e ben fornita. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. all'arrivo ci hanno deliziato anche con un vassoio di dolci sardi. Mare semplicemente stupendo con sabbia e adatta ai bimbi in quanto non profonda per diversi metri. L'accesso alla spiaggia si potrebbe definire privata, siamo stati divinamente bene, la consiglio vivamente per chi ama la tranquillita'. Per accedere alla spiaggia c'è una piccola salita facilmente accessibile a piedi ma volendo ci si arriva comodamente con la macchina e prima della spiaggia c'è un parcheggio. La zona è vicinissima a Chia. Vacanze azzeccatissime. Consiglio vivamente la casa di Antonello e grazie.

Vacanza da portare nel cuore

Cosa rende bellissima questa vacanza? Una posizione tranquilla all'interno di una splendida pineta dove godere del silenzio della notte e ammirare il cielo stellato. Una casa ben descritta e ben organizzata dove vivere al meglio anche le ore che deciderai di passare all'interno o in giardino. Una spiaggia e mare da cartolina, dopo una salita e discesa che allenano gambe e spirito. Una logistica perfetta per muoversi in auto tra Pula, Chia e tutte le spiagge e panorami di questa splendida parte della Sardegna. L'accoglienza professionale e cordiale di Antonello e della moglie, che conoscono la cultura ed il valore delle relazioni tra le persone. Ottimi esperienza e ricordo per la nostra famiglia!

Schöne einfache Unterkunft für Familien in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Antonellos Haus verbracht, die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten mit den Bäumen ist auch bei großer Hitze schattig und gut nutzbar. Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von tollen Stränden

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage und Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr schön und nicht so voll. Allerdings muss man über einen kleinen Hügel laufen oder das Auto nehmen. Restaurants oder Einkaufen in wenigen Minuten aber nur per Auto. In 15min erreicht man per Auto absolute Traumstrände. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen hat er immer sofort reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Scelta perfetta, bellissima vacanza

Casa perfetta, pulitissima, ordinata e dotata di tutto quel che serve. Abbiamo utilizzato solo due camere su tre, essendo due adulti e due bambini, ma il doppio bagno è sempre una comodità in più. Ottimo anche lo spazio esterno dove rilassarsi e mangiare all'aperto all'ombra della pineta. Posizione perfetta a 500 mt da uno stupendo mare e una spiaggia mai affollata anche nelle 2 settimane centrali di agosto! Bellissima anche tutta la zona tra Chia (per le spiagge) e Pula (per la sera) raggiungibili in 15 minuti di macchina. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 31/7 al 7/8 /2022 in questa bellissima casa.Siamo die adulti e due ragazzi di 11 e 13 anni.La camera soppalcata con bagno proprio ha riscosso un grande successo.Spazi molto grandi per una location al mare. Casa pulitissima e dotazione di stoviglie e biancheria top.Una vera oasi di pace.Casa fresca e ventilata.Posizione ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti tutte le meravigliose cale di Chia. Il Sig Antonello e sua moglie sono stati sempre disponibili per qualsiasi nostra esigenza .Il mare distante circa 500 m dalla casa e’ bellissimo.Spiaggia Bianca ed acqua trasparente.Consigliatissima per una vacanza di pace e silenzio

Der Vermieter Antonello ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sehr geholfen. Hatte Probleme mit meinem Auto und Antonello hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung war klasse. Lage zum Strand perfekt . Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen . Grazie Mille Antonello .

Urlaub unter Pinien

Antonello ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er gibt Tipps und versucht alles, damit man einen perfekten Urlaub hat. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage unterm Dach macht es angenehm kühl. Draußen kann man sehr schön sitzen, es fehlt einwenig der Wind. Durch Corona waren kaum andere Gäste da, sodass es wunderbar ruhig war. Da es eine Privatstraße ist, sollte aber auch sonst nicht unendlicher Trubel sein. Um einzukaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, aber es geht bergan und bergab, zur Not kann man auch das Auto nehmen, Parkplätze direkt am Strand sind kostenlos. Der Strand ist super für Kinder geeignet, toller heller Sand und lange flach (ist aber nicht allzu breit). Alles in allem: wir haben die Woche genossen!

Goedkoop maar niet bijzonder

Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat de gastheer een vriendelijke man is die zijn best doet het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het is een wat gedateerde woning. De woning staat in het bos waardoor het vochtig is. Toen we in het huisje kwamen stonk het ook erg omdat het vochtig was en er niet gelucht was. Er is geen verwarming dus je kunt niks drogen. Het warm water is zeer schaars, er kan slechts 1 persoon fatsoenlijk douchen. Bij aankomst om 2 uur nachts was de eigenaar er nog om ons naar binnen te laten en hij had brood, beleg, melk en koekjes neergezet, er was zelfs grappa! We hadden de pech dat een storm het strand had weggevaagd maar het geluk dat het nog erg mooi weer was in oktober dus met de auto hele mooie stranden in Chia opgezocht. Al met al was het prima maar erg primitief!

toller Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Sauberes gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus, Fußweg zum schmalen wunderschönen Sandstrand ca. 6 Minuten, Vermieter (Antonello) extrem hilfsbereit. Tolle Ausstattung (z. B. 2 Strandliegen + Sonnenschirme); wir haben die Ruhe genossen; im Sommer bei voller Belegung dürfte es aber etwas lebhafter sein; zum nächstgelegenen Restaurant muss man die belebte Straße entlang laufen, allerdings war dies im Oktober aber schon geschlossen;
