Next to the beach, in pure nature

Good location, some poor amenities
The hotel is more of a holiday camp with lots of apartments. The location is lovely and the pool is ok for this level of hotel. However, the shower facilities were poor with mimimal hot water which ran out quickly and no shampoo or shower gel provided, which is absolutely standard in any hotel.

Dejlig lejlighed med skøn udsigt, som vi havde betalt for. Pool området med nedgang til havet med klipper man kunne springe i fra var fantastisk. 3 restauranter hvor kun den ene var noget at skrive hjem om = Bambo. Stedet omkring er slidt og bygninger står halv tomme og det burde de gøre noget ved da det er skæmmende! Generelt trænger området til en ordentlig omgang vedligeholdelse.

I had a great view to the Adriatic Sea. The pool was great for the kids and the food at the restaurant was awesome. The staff was great as well.

Der Meerblick war super. Das essen vom Restaurant war auch gut. Nicht so gut war, dass es zu hellhörig ist. Zu viele Leute. Die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles recht sauber. Nochmal werde ich es aber nicht besuchen.

Eher praktisch als schön.
Das Apartment war großzügig dimensioniert, aber doch schon sehr abgewohnt und lieblos. Rost an den Boilern, ein Klodeckel defekt, Duschen liefen nicht richtig ab und waren schmuddelig. Bei Regen hatten wir ordentlich Wassereintritt durch die geschlossenen Fenster was auch den Rost an den Füßen der Metallcouch erklärte. Zwei Herdplatten zum Kochen und ein geräumiger Kühlschrank waren da, Backofen und Mikrowelle gab es nicht. Ansonsten wie schon oft berichtet, Preise am Poolresturant ziemlich heftig bei mäßiger Qualität. Liegen am Pool nur gegen Bezahlung, was aber wirksam die Leute vom Handtuch auflegen zum Blockieren abgehalten hat ;). Der Minimarkt ebenfalls sehr teuer und die Anlage insgesamt leider nicht mehr hübsch. Die besten Jahre hat das Resort längst hinter sich. Die Lage hingegen ist top und kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe des Apartments waren stets zu finden. Alle paar Tage gab es mal frische Handtücher und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für uns fünf Personen- auf Nachfrage dann aber auch drei Rollen.

Der ligger blandede anmeldelser af stedet, men vi kan ikke genkende dem, der rater det dårligt. Stedet ligger lige ud til havet med alle tiders muligheder for snorkling. Der er tre restauranter med meget meget rimelige priser. En stor og mættende cheeseburger til 35-50 kr. Fine lejligheder med aircondition. Der står i flere anmeldelser, at det koster ekstra, men det virker som om, at det er fortid. Meget fornem og kvalificeret reception. Fint poolområde, hvor poolen til dels er havvand, der udskiftes jævnligt. Virker rent og godt. Alt i alt et gennemgående godt sted.

Vi er familie på fire som hadde det ganske fint på Splendid golden rocks. Basenget hadde saltvann og i nærheten man kunne bade i havet. Det er en lang strandpromenade som knytter flere andre små bukter hvor man kan leie små båt eller drive med andre vannaktiviteter. Fine grønne områder mellom hotell bygg med pinjetrær. Flott utsikt fra vår terrasse. Det er enkelt møblering og noe slitte leiligheter men veldig rent.Ønsker å kome tilbake til Pula /Verudela.

Great, clean hotel with excellent kids club
We had a sea view room and the view was amazing! The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Overall the hotel is dated and appears in need of major maintenance and updating, but that didn't actually impact our stay. The ladies at the kids club *Ana and Nina I believe are their names* were great with the kids and our kids loved going there.

Das Appartement war hell und modern eingerichtet. Kleine Küche, großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage. Der Fön ist nicht so toll (hatte meinen eigenen dabei). Wir hatten eine große Terrasse mit super Meerblick. Leider sitzen dort sehr viele Tauben, die alles voll ... Hier müsste Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Freundliches Personal. Etwas Schade ist, dass am Pool die Liegen/Schirme nicht inclusive sind. Für den ganzen Tag ist der Preis noch in Ordnung, aber für eine 1 Stunde den vollen Tagessatz. Pool wird mit Meerwasser betrieben. Direkter Meerzugang (alles steinig). Pula-Altstadt mit dem Auto etwa 10 min. entfernt. Alles in allem - es hat uns gut gefallen.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans le resort, il ne payait pas de mine. Nous sommes arrivés dans notre appartement (2 pièces, vue mer) et nous fûmes agréablement surpris. L'appartement était propre, avec du mobilier récent, la vue était exceptionnelle. Le resort est situé au pied de la mer, facilement accessible à pied. La piscine n'est pour moi qu'accessoire au vue de la proximité avec la mer. Les serviettes sont changés tous les 3 jours, on vous donne avec un rouleau de papier toilette, en plus il n'y aucun ménage à faire à la fin, les équipes s'occupe de tout. Seul bémol, les couverts et ustensiles ne sont pas présents en grand nombre.

Splendid resort apartment
Lovely, spacious and clean apartment with beautiful views of the Adriatic. It was worth paying extra for sea views. Lovely walks along the coast around the resort but lots of steps, so not disabled friendly. It is a very large resort so quite a distance to the reception and bus stops. Buses and taxis were not expensive and easy to use. Pool area was clean and well maintained. The shop on site sold basic essentials (make sure you check your change!!!). Overall, a peaceful resort with picturesque views.

La saison s'achève et le site est bien calme. Nous avions réservé côté mer, c'est une nécessité car nos amis ont réservé côté "jardin" sans vue intéressante. Les tables des restaurants du site sont une bonne solution si l'on ne souhaite pas utiliser la cuisine disponible avec la chambre. Proche de la ville de Pula et des promenades côtières, la remise à niveau de l'établissement le rend un bon rapport qualité/prix. N'hésitez pas à louer une auto pour visiter l'intérieur des terres et les côtes à l'est.

Es war superruhig, ein riesiges Areal, das Appartement großzügig von der Größe, auch die Terasse war sehr groß. Jedoch im Badezimmer der Klorollenhalter beim erstenn hingreifen zerfallen, da die Reinigungskraft den kaputten Deckel wohl nur wieder daraufgelegt hat. Eine Glühbirne im Wohnzimmer hat garnicht funktioniert, es war feucht , fast schon schimmlig im Badezimmer. An Regentagen hat es von der Decke getropft, auch im Schlafzimmer daneben ein riesiger nasser Fleck, welche natürlich in beiden Räumen keine Angenehme Luft verbreiten. Alles schon ziemlich ins Alter gekommen. Die ganze Anlage nicht Behindertengerecht. Nicht einmal Geländer bei den Stiegen, von denen es in der Anlage eine Menge gibt. Über die Restaurants und Pool und dergleichen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nichts davon benutzt haben. Es wäre nur sehr schwer möglich gewesen für meine Geheingeschränkte Partnerin.

Extra charge for sunbeds.
It is a nice place, but charging 40kn for a sunbed at hoteös own pool is a rip off. Also the staff was acting very rude at the bar. Also the maid just walked into the apartment even if some of us was sleeping and I was naked inside with the door locked. A scorpion also was found in our bathroom but other than that pretty ok value for money.
