My advised the staff that my handicapped elderly mother would be traveling with me. There was only one handicap parking space on the lot. Also we had four people and got one wash rag and three towels. The loud music coming from the room next door with men going in and out all night and two girls staying there should have been a clue as to what was going on all the while a man sat outside in the car watching the room. I won’t be back to this motel and will not suggest it again.

Tub was nasty in poor condition. Faucet hung way off the wall - not flush with tub wall. You could see the PVC pipe. Check in guy looked very rough - no personality. No one at desk at checkout. Dropped off key.

We checked in, she gave us the 2nd story. No elevator! I asked for the 1st floot, she gave us the 1st floor in a different non attached building. That building shares it's parking lot with a Mexican restaurant/bar. So there's NO parking available. We go to the room, it's open, we look no one is there. We load in, and the door will not shut! Or lock in any way. We move to the 3rd room,im tried 9 hour drive.dirty stained floor, stained bed spread, stained sheets, 1 of the 2 beds seemed serviceable. Still no parking at thiS room either. Had to park on the other side of the building. I give up! You win! Im tired

Bed was comfortable, and slept good. Every day I come back from visiting my family, I had to get my key reprogrammed, and the last two nights they didn’t want to Leave coffee packets for the morning, I am up around 2 & 3 in the mornings, and no place is open that early with coffee. I got some the first time I noticed before bed, my last night I just had them reprogram my key, grabbed my things left! I got coffee at home, I’ll never stay there again.

The property was very conveniently located. I was able to check in very easily. The people they were friendly, helpful, and Curtiss. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Check out was very quick, and the breakfast was very good.

We do apologize regarding the cable. Our provider we had for over 20 years decided to quit offering cable in our area and we have had to sign up with a new provider, but in doing this, we had to re-install all new wiring and fiber optics in all the rooms and it is taking a little bit. I will look up the room you were in to see about the other.

This location is one of the lowest quality "Quality Inn" that I have ever experienced. Upon check-in I was informed that there was no cable, that was strike one. I was then surprised to find that my room was not secured as it was unlocked, and door cracked open upon arrival. The room itself was dirty, had bugs, looked like no one had cleaned the tub, the safety lock at the top of the door was broken off and for a non-smoking room it reeked of cigarettes (and don't get me started about the "Ladies of the night" that was just hanging around). I requested a new room and to my surprise it was worse off than the one I was originally given. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again; I would rather travel an hour back and forth from some other area that I know is a safe and decent hotel.

How come you have no cable service! Pay your bills. Hotel guests expect to be to relax. The premises of the hotel really stunk to a dead animal.

This is not a billing issue. We had the same service provider for over 20 years and they decided to discontinue doing cable service all together. We signed a contract in plenty of time where there should have been no lapse, but the new company keeps changing the install date because new lines have to be run through all the buildings. Yes, it has been extremely inconvenient and we do apologize.

Nothing this was one of the the worst hotel experiences ever. Our room had a broken chair and a unsealed piece of sheetrock under the sink with no iron and no television and no money taken off the bill for the inconvenience and this was the second room because the first room had the door open and no sheets or any bedding and it had a odor. Not a good experience at all.

They overbooked then assumed someone with the same last name as me was family and called them to seek approval of moving me from a queen double room to two “queen” single rooms (I have a full sized bed and queen at my house and they were full sized beds). Apparently got a refund for half my stay, but have yet to see the money in my account. Staff was pleasant, but manager was rather hostile when confronted about this situation and hung up the phone when I called her out on her behavior and stated, “you don’t know who you’re messing with” Had better luck when it was The Richland Inn

We apologize that your stay did not exceed your expectations, but we did offer for you to cancel with no cancellation fee and we did discount your rate. I did explain to you that the refund would have to come from Expedia and it may take awhile to go through the process. I processed the refund to Expedia on our end immediately. As for the full size beds, we do not have full size beds, only kings and queens, I know this because I did the order myself when we bought new mattresses. We put you in the 2 separate queen rooms right next door to each other so that your party could stay close together. I know that you were tired, but we did try and remedy the situation and accommodate your needs to the best of our ability as the system accidentally overbooked. I am sorry you felt like I was rude, but I asked you multiple times to not scream at me so that I could help you.

Our local provider that we have been with since 1995 totally quit offering cable and we had to have all new lines run throughout the buildings and the current provider's crews we went with got delayed so it has delayed the installation. As for the OTA, I will try and see who told you that we could not take direct reservations because I have instructed all front desk to take direct reservations and give the cable discount.

After traveling all day, we just wanted a nice place to lay our heads. We reserved 1 king room and 1 queen room. We got 2 double bed rooms. One smelled of smoke so terrible we had to leave the door open to air it out. And the place next door has VERY LOUD music. Couldn’t relax at all!

Staff at desk was not very professional at all. Friendly enough but a bit to personable. Someone was obviously living on the 2nd floor cleaning outside there room with plants and cleaning supplies we had to navigate around. The room had an overall cheap feel to it and the floors even felt like they were very thin. I feel sorry for anyone in the room below us. The toilet didn't want to flush. My apologies to house keeping. The shower was felt like I might fall thru it. I weight 330 lbs but still. Standing in it was a bit unsettling. The guy at the desk in the morning when I checked out was nice but he did have three teardrops tatooed on his right cheek which really topped off an uncomfortable visit. The vibe of the place honestly made me concerned that my family or my vehicle were not very safe.

We stayed three nights at Quality Inn. We had no hot water, the food in the continental breakfast was terrible, and we couldn’t get any service at the front desk. The young man stayed in the side room or on break.
