"Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was not ready for over an hour after checkin time and was not clean when we got inside. Breakfast food plates and silverware were not refilled in a timely manner. Shower was broken and staff said there was nothing they could do to fix it. The pool area was the only part of the hotel that was good. Would not recommend staying here at all!"

"Very friendly staff, after having a terrible stay at the Great Wolf lodge this will be our new “Lodge” . Perfect for my 6 year old. I could see teens getting bored though. Loved the buffet breakfast and the rooms were nice enough if a bit dated. "

"Room was clean and cozy, air conditioning works great didn’t use the heat so wouldn’t know, hot tub was hot enough and very relaxing I’m 5’11 and I fit in the hot tub with plenty of room. Staff were nice. Over all a pretty good stay nothing negative to say. "
