Everything about our short stay for a WSU orientation weekend was great except for the morning service at the lobby bistro. There were a lot of people wanting to purchase coffee, breakfast, etc. and not nearly enough staff to handle it. Seems like management could have anticipated the high demand.

Close to the airport with a reliable shuttle service. Rooms were very nice and clean. The area close to the hotel doesn’t have much to offer other than easy airport access but it’s quiet and safe.

Very nice hotel and amenities. In the middle of WSU campus, which is a little awkward to get in and out of the area. The room was very modern with a comfy bed and large TV.

Enjoyed our Pullman Visit
Enjoyed our stay in Pullman on Labor Day Weekend. Great hotel and location. My only constructive feedback: 1) Don't charge $8/night for parking. Given it's Pullman and not a big city, it seems excessive to charge for parking. 2) Expand internet TV options. Would have been nice to have YouTubeTV, especially since ESPN was blacked out on the hotel TV b/c of Spectrum issue.
