Good choice for a family with a reasonable budget.

The apartment is close to the beach in a very nice garden. The price was lower than in case of similar offers. The air conditioning was only in one room. The kitchen equipment was basic, and the kitchen was quite small. The bedrooms are upstairs and the rest of the apartment including the bathroom is downstairs, so the apartment is suitable for people with good mobility..

schöne grosse überdachte Terasse, eines der Betten nur ca 1,7m lang, eigener Weg zum Strand, sehr strandnah, Blick auf das Meer durch Bäume, netter Vermieter der auch im Haus wohnt.

Apartmán je na strategicky skvelom mieste ,ale to je jediná vec z ktorej ťaží.

Apartmán je naozaj na veľmi dobrom mieste s úplne ideálnou polohou a to je asi jediná vec z ktorej ťaží. Naša rodina nieje vôbec náročná ale nemám rád nefunkčné veci. Ako sa spomína aj v ostatných hodnoteniach potvrdzujem aj ja pretekajúca sprcha a pretekajúca chladnička , ktorá už naozaj nevládze plniť svoju úlohu. Klíma je iba v jednej spálni s manželskou posteľou. Obrázky v ponuke z inzerátu niesú úplne reálne. Z nášho apartmánu sme nemali prístup k záhrade ako nám bolo povedané len na terasu pred apartmánom. Ohnisko ( murovaný krb ) ktorý je v ponuke na obrázkoch nieje na pozemku majiteľa ,ale vedľa u suseda pri jeho dome lool .
