We had an excellent stay at the Novotel in Pune. Staff were all very helpful and attentive - and we got a room upgrade on check in which was a welcome surprise! There was an issue with a leaking A/C in the room which was fixed promptly. Nice to have access to a pool but unfortunetly the pool bar and surrounding area was undergoing refurbishments. Would definitley recommend staying here if you are visiting Pune!

Nice hotel, tasteless room service meals

Stay is comfortable, rooms are well maintained. Food served in rooms is cold, takes 45 minutes to one hour for delivery and is not worthy of such reputed hotel. After trying 3 meals at the hotel I had to start ordering outside food. Hope the hotel improves their room service food quality/ taste.

The stay was ok, but the staff asked us to move rooms due to some maintenance on their end in between our stay. This was incorrectly communicated to be next day of our stay during checkin but we didn’t get any calls. The day after, they just called 10mins before and repeatedly disturbed us till we vacated, did not even consider it was a problem at their end. Other than that, the stay was ok. The property is clean and maintained.
