“Having travelled to more than 50 countries, this is the most terrible hotel experience. The room was fair. However, when I was planning to check out and leave the hotel at 0730. However, as soon as I was ready to leave, I was stopped by 3 heavily armed officers, saying that Chinese Nationals are "under protection" and ordered me to sit down. “While the breakfast buffet was a major highlight with its impressive selection of dishes, the room comfort was disappointing. The bathroom suffered from poor maintenance and inadequate cleaning. Furthermore, standard room and bath amenities were missing when I checked in, forcing me to call front desk support to request them. To top it off, the bedroom carpets had clearly not been properly vacuumed before and after my arrival.”
