「The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We needed our converter to work and the maintenance person came right up to insert a connector so that it worked. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. Location good for walking to restaurants and markets to buy fresh fruit and water.」

「Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.」

「The staff were very helpful to us in many ways. We needed some help figuring out the safe. We asked for some different pillows not so high. We also asked for a heater. They responded very quickly. They also prepared a box breakfast for our early morning departure. It has a unique decor which we found delightful. Great location close to the main square. 」

「I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. 」

「We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room...

「とても綺麗で、中庭の装飾も素晴らしかったです。ホテル内にはあちこちに価値の高い絵が飾ってありました。 オーナーはとても親切で色々アドバイスを頂きました。 特筆したいのは朝食です。 タッブリの果物、パンケーキ、美味しいコーヒー ペルーで同じような価格のホテルに泊まりましたが、群を抜いて良かったです。 」
