「Staff were super friendly and helpful! We arrived at very early morning (at 5ish) due to taking the overnight bus from Puno. The staff let us sat in the lounge and provided us a blanket to keep us warm. On the other day, we joined the rainbow mountain tour and needed to be ready at 4ish morning, another staff specially prepared the breakfast for us. We never expected much as these were out of their duty scope. We were much appreciate!! This is the best service i have had so far which the hotel...
