“Very nice hotel with a nice pool area and beach access. Be aware that there are major building works going on next door so noise is apparent from early morning and if you have a side facing sea view your main view will be a building site.”

“The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best.”

“The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! ”

“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. Overall, I would return again, as its location is perfect for transport (buses and taxis……

“This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough.……

“Das Hotel was sehr kinderfreundlich, die Animateure hatten immer ein Lächeln für die Kids auf den Lippen und haben sich zauberhaft gekümmert. Das gastronomische Angebot ist hervorragend! Immer frisch und sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung war wirklich gerechtfertigt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gern wiederkommen.”

“Wer Animation und Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Das Hotel ist ein Hotel für Familien, viele Angebote für Kinder, den ganzen Tag Bespaßung am Pool, den ganzen Tag Musik. Das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Bucht, an der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht zugänglich. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand. ”

“Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. ”

“Court séjour d’une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, cependant il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres qui donne directement sur les allées de la résidence et les stores ne sont pas occultants ce qui est très gênant pour la salle de bain par exemple.. et l’éclairage des véhicule la nuit. Egalement, dans notre chambre nº3204 il est impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle d’eau, nous avons été obligé de camoufler le seuil de porte pour éviter la catastrophe malgré nos……

“The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room……
