不满意：员工和服务
They had a problem at the hotel and booked us into another hotel. They booked us into a hotel that was half the price of the room we booked and it took 3 hours to get into the room after 11pm. we had an early departure the next day. So not at all happy with them. Not their fault they had to move us, but they should put us in a room equal to what we would have had, not much lower! They also did not refund any money when we told them the room they sent us to was half the price and a tiny little room. Plus not getting into our room until after 11pm.
